KISS – Keep it Simple Systems Ltd
The company was founded by David Ellershaw, Rob Tullet and Jennifer Ramsey in 2002 because they recognised there was a need for a high quality training and driving school. Since that time the company has grown to over one hundred highly skilled instructors, many of whom are becoming trainers themselves. Over the next few years the company aims to expand to more than one thousand instructors through a network of area franchisees.
KISS will become an accredited Fleet training facility later this year and through it’s affiliation with A2OM Limited deliver safer drivers onto the roads. These two companies commitment to quality will save many lives on the roads of Britain and their training will become the standard for the future.
David Ellershaw – Director
David the architect of the company’s instructor training programme and over several years he has trained literally hundreds of instructors, many of whom still work with KISS. He is also the driving force behind much of our research into delivering quality tuition. Our strategy to expand the school throughout the South East of England is steered by him in conjunction with our strategic partners.
Rob Tullett – Company Secretary
Rob has been in the industry for a number of years and is keen to ensure the growing number of instructors representing KISS maintain the quality required. Along with David, he is very keen on research that improves both our training and driving lessons. His primary role is the expansion of services including Fleet training throughout the South East.
Jennifer Ramsey – Office manager
Jennifer has 23 years of experience in driving schools and can easily empathise with both pupils and instructors needs. She is responsible for some of the most innovative and creative schemes offered to our pupils and instructors. Mainly office based she is responsible for marketing, recruitment and pupil allocations.
