About Sawbridgeworth:

Sawbridgeworth is a small town beetween Harlow and Bishops Stortford on what many years ago was the main A11 road. Close to Stansted Airport with good rail links to London Liverpool Street, the Airport, Cambridge and beyond.

Good selection of local schools including the very good and expanding Leventhorpe Secondary School.

Variation of roads rural and urban with some open dual carriageways nearby to train on and with motorways close by for further training when you pass your test.

About the Instructor:

I have spent many years working on the front line in the Ambulance service and unfortunately seen to many incidents on the roads. My main philosophy as a Driving Instructor is not only to teach a good standard of driving but to teach a good safe standard. that is the reason I chose Kiss Driving School as they not only train there pupils to a high standard they also train there instructors to a high standard as well.

You will find me a very friendly, calm, patient person who doesn’t panic and is able to adapt your training to suit your levels and needs, thus making your Driver Training an enjoyable and relaxed experience. but most important I won’t shout at you.

Funniest Driving School Story:

A pupil was asked what the Beeping noise was for at a pelican crossing. Very quickly the pupil replied “For The Benefit Of Blind Drivers” after thinking about it for a few seconds I marked the pupil 10/10.

Driving Instructors Bishop’s Stortford-Twins pass with KISS!

July 10th, 2010

This young man and lady are Alex and Charlotte and they BOTH passed their tests with KISS driving school at Bishop’s Stortford test centre.

Alex and Charlotte are twins and we are grateful for the brilliant results they achieved and their kind testimonials.

Alex passed his test in February 2010 and said ” Getting my license with the guidance of KISS driving school has enabled me to have much more freedom and responsibility.  I have enjoyed learning with my Instructor Tony Wood because his attitude is positive, easy to learn from and he’s a great overall person. Cheers Tony.”

Charlotte passed her driving test in June and she had lessons from KISS driving instructors Tony Wood and Steve Coppin . Steve comes from Sawbridgeworth and Charlotte prefered Steve’s Ford Fiesta for her lessons. After passing her test she had this to say;

” Tony and Steve at KISS Driving School have been brilliant, their teaching techniques were easy to understand thus giving me the confidence to drive. I have passed my test so am very grateful to them. They have both supported and encouraged me throughout it all. Thanks Guys.”
