I’m 39 years old and have had a full driving licence since 1987 and decided to become a driving instructor in January 2008. Having completed my initial ADI training to become a driving instructor I joined KISS driving school in September 9 2008. I enjoy teaching people to drive as I find it personally very rewarding. I try to infuse driving lessons with humour and I like to put learners at ease and make the lessons fun and enjoyable. I teach in a 2008 Nissan Micra and my lessons are for a full 60 minutes. I usually work 6 days a week, however like to keep Fridays free to spend time with my wife and two children. I accept gift vouchers and can do ordinary driving lessons and intensive driving courses in south east london using the KISSDrive learning programme of coaching, which helps enormously. FULL HOUR LESSONS! No scrimping with 50 minutes for KISS pupils. As well as being a Driving Instructor in Croydon, I also train Potential Driving Instructors (PDIs). Driving Instructor Training is really enjoyable as I am able to share my ADI training Instructional Techniques/Knowledge with them which gives me a real sense of achievement helping someone embark on a new career to become a Driving Instructor.
